On behalf of the Caledon Soccer Club we would like to thank you for your talent and the time you invested to make our Club a resounding success. We are only as good as our volunteers!
It is only with help such as yours that we are able to offer the players, your children, the skills they need to excel at the sport and have fun while playing. We are appreciative of all those who were able to volunteer their time last year and are asking for your help again this season. If you are able to give a few hours a week to make sure that our kids get to play and have fun contact the club.
Volunteer Youth House League Convenors Needed!
Youth House League Convenors are responsible for assisting the House League Director with the organization of a specific age group during the soccer season. Convenors create rosters for teams, help to ensure balance within the age group, communicate information to coaches, and act as a liaison between the Club, coaches and parents.
Various part time Technical Staff Coach positions are available for the 2020 season. Applicants must have availability on weeknights and weekends. The positions will involve working with development (U8 to U12) or rep teams and coaches, providing technical support for players and coaches.
Qualifications: OSA Pre-“B“license or equivalent with playing and coaching experience.

Competitive Development Coaches U8-U12
The Competitive Development Coach position is responsible for providing leadership and the oversight of the development of one of the Grassroots Competitive teams. The position is to teach and develop young players within a safe, disciplined and challenging environment where they can learn to love the game and be encouraged to stay in the sport. The position manages all aspects of the competitive development team including games, practices, off-field activities. A Caledon Technical Team member will be scheduled to assist coaches with curriculum practices.
Grass Roots Manager
The Grass Roots Manager will work with our recreational program from U6 to U12 working with volunteer coaches and game leaders. This role is responsible for practice curriculums working with the Club Technical Director and helping the volunteer coaches and game leaders. Promoting to the players and parents our Development Program Teams and our Academy Programs. To teach and develop coaches and young players within a safe, disciplined and challenging environment where they can learn to love the game and be encouraged to stay in the sport.
